Terms & Conditions

Age Requirement

All of our tastings and parties are for adults 21 and over. Every guest must be 21 or older to take part. By booking a tasting, the host confirms that all guests will be 21 or older.

Responsible Drinking

Services involving alcohol are for adults 21 and over. Hosts and guests are responsible for drinking responsibly. We pour small tasting pours and do not encourage heavy drinking, drinking games built around drinking more, or intoxication. Hosts are responsible for arranging safe transportation home for any guest who drinks.

Pricing

Every booking is custom and based on the number of guests, the number and style of wines, the length of the event, travel distance, and any add-ons such as custom-label bottles. All details, including the wines, are confirmed when you book. We do not guarantee specific dates, same-week availability, or turnaround times until confirmed at booking.

Booking and Cancellation

A booking is confirmed only when details are agreed at booking. Cancellation terms are confirmed at booking. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if these terms are not met or if safety is a concern.

Custom Label Wine Bottles

For custom-label bottles, you must supply artwork you have the right to use. We do not reproduce trademarked logos, copyrighted artwork, or other companies' branding. You approve a proof before bottles are finished.

No Sale of Alcohol Online

We do not sell, ship, or deliver wine online through this website, and we do not state how wine is sold, shipped, or delivered. The wines and all details are confirmed when you book.

Limitation of Liability

Jacksonville Home Wine Tasting is not liable for the actions of guests who drink at your event. Hosts and guests are responsible for their own conduct and for arranging safe transportation. Our services are provided on a best-efforts basis.
